Yay!  Jackson heights is mentioned in this article… I am lucky to be living here.  It’s a very diverse neighborhood- the most diverse zip code in the country (from last I heard).  And we have an active LGBT latino community.

While I am happy about gay marriage- I think we have a long way to go in other issues…  I am still more concern about immigration reform over my rights to marry my partner or whatever.  I do think this is important for our community and will help a lot of families become recognized (attached to many different rights as well).
